Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the factory through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Responsible to ensure team adherence based on defined standards both customer and business internal SOP's.
∎ Responsible for achieve company goals and make relevant data analysis, review KPI and work for action plan.
∎ Conduct pre-production and quality training and provide high level directions to quality officers.
∎ Monitor and audit process of material, trims and related testing procedures.
∎ Assisting with technical for pattern/specification and construction & conduct risk analysis capability.
∎ Organize internal training to be conducted by the buyer's team on production and quality parameters.
∎ Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the products.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ To identify the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Communicate inter departmental activities and coordinate with customer to ensure customer feedback has been treated and well established if there is any feedback from customer.
∎ Quality audits and tests (Lab test, AQL, pre final inspection, etc.) performed by the team members and resolve complex issues escalated on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure Sustainable strategic problem-solving method are established and accessible for all to mitigate common issues among the team.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of section.
∎ Ensure 5S effectiveness in relevant area where business requirement been meet.
∎ Overall responsible for QMS and technical audits
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in quality with large export woven factory.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in English & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
