Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ 1. Conduct PP Meeting and perform in line, pre-final and final inspection as per company requirement.
∎ 2. Monitor production phases and assess supplier production to secure on time delivery
∎ 3. To train and supervise Quality Controllers.
∎ 4. Prepare Production input condition analysis table and taking initiative.
∎ 5. Recognize Quality component through analysis of product defects.
∎ 6. Identify check point of material and process conditions that affect product quality.
∎ 7. Set the range of materials and processes parameters that must be maintained for defect less products.
∎ 8. Resolve repetition of quality defects though corrective action accordingly.
∎ 9. Conduct employee performance review.
∎ 10. Communicate the QA plan to the suppliers in the source base to ensure a clear understanding and ownership.
∎ 11. Implement 'Root Cause Analysis' methodology in analyzing quality issues to enable prevention of same in future.
∎ 12. Ensure the Corporate QA policy and procedures are understood, implemented and adhered to vendors.
∎ 13. Perform vendor QA staff training to ensure the understanding and implementation of all procedures and standards.
∎ 14. Deliver Presentation through power point with showing smart graphical data.
∎ 15. Perform pre-sourcing factory evaluations to control the factories' ability to manufacture product according to company expectation.
∎ 16. Make sure the standard method, tools, machinery and layouts are applied.
∎ 17. Maintain quality from cutting to packing and secures improvements.
∎ 18. Provide technical support to factory QCs to resolve production related problems.
∎ 19. Summarize seasonal vendor quality performance and report to the Directors.
∎ 20. Review fabric shade lots and compare with previously established shade band standards to determine whether fabric is acceptable.
