• Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat).Education maybe considered based on product knowledge.

• Should have good communication and negotiation skills, self-driven, proactive to solve problem & assure continuous improvements.

• Must have sufficient knowledge about Washing layout as well as technical leadership abilities.

• Intermediate knowledge on all types of washing / Hydro / Dryer machine and garments washes finishing / Hand feel / back staining / Odor issues etc.

• Should have knowledge to conduct routine Audit and letting approvals as per approved wash standards.

• Must have skills in interpretation of Buyer comments/ updates to production team leader & operators.

• Must have proper & general knowledge of instant troubleshooting, as well as experience in transparent reporting to Senior / immediate superior & get instruction based on the situation.

• Good knowledge / awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.

• Good supervision capacity and need to have contemporary knowledge to keep subordinates and engaged employees to stay motivated and make them efficient through train up.

• Ensure the implementation of customer requirements and all SOP.

• Conduct internal audit and monitoring the buyer protocol is maintained properly.

• Mail corresponding with buyer and all relevant concerned.

• Work to prevent any quality violation or misconduct to ensure the product quality.

• Time to time reporting to buyer and update all information to the relating departments.

• Need to communicate with In House Lab for requires Testing and maintaining reports as well.

• Have to negotiate with production team leader & operators in case any complication or critical criteria.

• Need to conduct PP meeting and has to be clarified through discussion for customer requirements and reached out those to concerned team & self-team also.

• Need to conduct an internal meeting with self-team and to create an orderly work environment with friendly behavior.
