Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience in the relevant field including 3 years in management or supervisory position.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working on Child Rights based approaches and partnership management.
∎ Knowledge on CRC and other Human Rights instruments
∎ Understanding of rights-based child protection programming
∎ Knowledge & skill to analyse Human Rights and Child Rights situation in the global, national and local level, project cycle management.
∎ Articulation and presentation skills, facilitation, and capacity building skills
∎ Excellent writing skills, both in Bangla and English
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office and use of internet
