Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in the relevant field including 1 years in management or supervisory position.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working on Child Rights based approaches and partnership management.
∎ Working experience with sex worker mother and their children will be an added value
∎ Knowledge on UNCRC and other Human Rights instruments (Essential)
∎ Understanding of rights based/child rights programming and project cycle management
∎ Working knowledge on child and adult safeguarding
∎ Partnership Management Skills
∎ Articulation and presentation skills
∎ Excellent writing skills in English
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office and using of internet
