∎ Minimum 5 years (applicants should have relevant experience for the food item production process and/or Quality Control process experience).Maintaining and improving product quality standards.Performing tests on incoming materials and finished products, complying with test methods and maintaining records.Conduct technical scrutiny of incoming raw materials, ensure equipment cleanliness and compile documents such as BMR, BPR and QC test reports for—Maintain the line wise SOP system.Management of laboratory equipment’s and machineries.Responsible to maintain proper documentation for all kind of analytical activities.Ensure the product parameters as per quality plan.Responsible to ensure personal hygiene, GHK as GMP guideline.To reduce manufacturing fault by maintain product quality as standard.Identify the root cause for any deviation of product quality.Carry out any assignment given by the senior management as and when required.Good Knowledge & experience in Food, ready-to-eat products, packed food and sterilized food.Prefer a candidate who has a good knowledge of the further process in packed products.Have knowledge or experience working with quality management system i.e. Food safety GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, SQF.Experience in fast moving consumer Good Business (FMCG) (Noodles, Chips, Chanchur, Lacha Semai etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead our production team to meet and exceed production goals.
∎ Workplace safety, verifying proper production line setup, maintaining hygiene and complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
∎ Monitor production schedules, regulatory parameters and process parameters, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality specification.
∎ Provide direction, training and support to employees, addressing performance issues and conducting random inspections.
∎ Leading the production team to deliver finished products according to the production plan.
∎ Setting the department target to comply with the company mission.
∎ Managing the efforts of production staff to meet daily scheduled production targets with desired quality and food safety standards.
∎ Achieving optimum employee levels with the least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet the annual budgetary plan.
∎ Ensuring that the overall production process of the work environment is safe, clean and organized. Comply with 5S, GHP/HACCP/BRC.
∎ Ability to prepare Raw Packaging Materials & budget as per monthly production demand.
∎ Ability to prepare batch wise production costing.
∎ Managing the reports and operational results and updating the information to direct report.
∎ Being involved in work discussions, performance reviews and any issues related to the production team.
∎ Daily walk around and monitoring production process and monitoring.
∎ Handling total production workers. Including Supervisors and Operators.
∎ Developing product, process and/or packaging specifications for food products.
∎ Leading new product development projects from concept to full launch which includes but not limited to developing product recipe, ingredients, sourcing suppliers, approving suppliers, selecting equipment, developing operation procedure and manuals.
∎ Initiating R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/promotion.
∎ Maintain the line wise SOP system.
