Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Advance Course in Spinning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up on the quality of the Yarn, production, and development of new plan to establish and implement extra good quality yarn.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality and also customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure the best quality yarn and confirm as per customer satisfaction.
∎ To confirm good quality samples with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand.
∎ Attend quality complainants and customer feedback sessions in export-oriented Spinning manufacturers.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of mixing, carding, finishing, and packing.
∎ Should be capable of managing all teams, and workers for the whole production unit.
∎ Should be efficient to do effective production planning & execution.
∎ Should know how to reduce wastage, overtime & maximize profit.
∎ As a Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring and managing the timely and accurate production of all counts of yarn with exact blend through our production lines working closely with the rest of the production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management.
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about Raw material management, process control and yarn quality.
∎ Should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with quality and production management system.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% cotton, PC/CVC, Mélange, MVS Yarn and fancy yarns.
