Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Additional educational/professional certification in security administration or similar field will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure the safety, security and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the establishments of the organization.
∎ Assist to assess risk and safety hazards of organization's offices local security situation.
∎ Assist to conduct investigations of incidents to find out the fact and root causes, analysis and solve incidents.
∎ Assist to monitor and communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
∎ Assist in analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through auditing, review, or assessment.
∎ Assist to implement security protocols and ensure safety of all office premises, monitor and confirm security guard's operation.
∎ Assist to ensure the operational priorities such as conducting fire safety drills periodically, avoiding theft, and risk mitigation in all business concerns of the organization.
∎ Assist in analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through audit, review, or assessment.
∎ Carry out periodical visits in all the premises including night time to identify the security lapses and advise remedial measures accordingly.
∎ Assist to recruit and train security guards, evaluate their performance, and ensure discipline in the department.
∎ Assist to implement suitable safety & security policies and procedures, codes, and guidelines for the Department of Safety & Security.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
