∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ IE background will get preference.
∎ Working experience in sewing production with large garments industry (woven).
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper line layout by reducing excess manpower.
∎ Ensure hourly production as per target & avoid '0' production hours.
∎ Ensure production as per planning, ensure the target of production with a standard of quality and maximum efficiency.
∎ Focus on reducing OT hours and Alter %.
∎ Ensure proper line balancing every day within a short time.
∎ Organizes pre-production meetings or pre-production activities to discuss related issues.
∎ Properly communicate with other sections or persons as per requirement.
∎ Order Follow-up Cutting to Shipment.
∎ Ensure Order closing report end of production.
∎ Ensure floor administration on a daily basis to make a good working environment.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Regular counseling to reduce absenteeism %.
