∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedure (SOP) for whole cement grinding processes.
∎
∎ Mange cement grinding operation to comply with OH&S and Environment policies and minimize the environmental impacts, initiate and execute sustainable development initiatives.
∎
∎ Prepare cement production and operate cement grinding system plan in alignment with sale demand.
∎
∎ Manage, execute, control, monitor cement grinding performance including production output, specific energy consumption, product quality in compliance with product standards.
∎
∎ Conduct the cement grinding performance audit to identify areas for improvement and address any production performance issues.
∎
∎ Liaise with QA & Raw Material department and Procurement department to ensure the best quality & the best cost of incoming materials for cement production.
∎
∎ Liaise with packing and dispatching and logistic to ensure desired cement quality is produced as well as right cement type and quantity to be delivered to customers
∎
∎ Manage overall aspects of Central Control Room (CCR) responsibilities
∎
∎ Take responsibility in grinding process engineering for new product development projects.
∎
∎ Do corrective and preventive actions when there are complaints from customers.
∎
∎ Control and monitor inventory of cement products.
∎
∎ Manage people related matters and do people development in both functional and soft skills.
