∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving & multi -tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in planning & its SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and implementation
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing team.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ For planning implementation, you must have to co-ordinate with purchase, fabric team, Merchandising team & Store. This is the major task.
