Job Context:
∎ We are looking a person who will be able to take care of overall production related issues of NAHID PLASTIC (BD) LTD., an affiliate of NAHID GROUP. We are licensee of Terpac international inc., Walmart and CWS.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a production schedule, reports, and analysis.
∎ Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through training.
∎ Keep data on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Sustain and improve overall quality management of the organization and be responsible for supporting quality management policies and procedures as per Compliance Standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8 years of industrial experience (Plastic Sector preferred).
∎ Must knowledge in MS Office & e-mail.
∎ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
∎
