∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of the pre-production activities & production merchandising execution.
∎ Work closely with the planning and production for onwards orders and current orders status.
∎ Place the shipment booking alongside commercial team & secure the vessel/cargo plans.
∎ Plan the entire orders T&A for the confirmed orders.
∎ Overall supervision of the fabric and trims activities and ensure meeting the Input.
∎ Meet the PCD 100% accuracy without any exceptions.
∎ Conduct the internal & buyer PP meeting.
∎ Overall responsible for the garments testing & closure before 14 days to CRD.
∎ Provide required documentations for PPM/ internal & external audits for the QA. Ensure all approvals are taken well ahead.
∎ PO downloading & responsible for cut vs ship to achieve 99%.
∎ Provide confirmation of the carton/polybag/hanger dimensions to purchase teams.
∎ Responsible for the style reconciliation and prepare profit & loss account details for the style.
∎ Overall tracking of the leftover/liability & set-off plan to prepare monthly.
∎ Daily product review & escalation to corrective departments & follow up the actions plan.
∎ Prepare capacity booking for embellishments hubs & negotiate the prices.
∎ Conduct the input control meetings among the development & materials teams.
∎ Shade segregations and first batch approvals to follow up with customers and ensure the sign off on-time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Handling VF Asia account will add advantage
