Job Context:
KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision. We are seeking an experienced Manager in our Production Department.
Job Responsibility:
Supervising all production activities to ensure efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.
Establishing production targets in alignment with company objectives and ensuring their achievement through effective planning and execution.
Efficiently allocating and managing resources including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize costs.
Handling all types of production issues.
Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks, quality problems and troubleshoot them.
Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.
Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on-time input in production.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and material handlers to supply the workstations with material quickly and efficiently.
Responsible for solving technical issues faced in manufacturing areas.
The applicants should have experience in the area of sample assessment, sample making, bulk production, and footwear construction and knowledge of modern and updated quality assurance procedures and techniques.
Should have strong leadership skills & responsible for maintaining Harmony in the workplace: Worker satisfaction and high retention of Production Staff and operators.
