∎ Bachelor in Engineering in any discipline/subject from any reputed university. If Individual have any working experience on printing & packaging company will get advantages
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machines, and materials for optimum productivity.
∎ Plan and organize production schedules; locate & assess the requirement of materials against production order.
∎ Provide print production quality assurance and review entire work from the concept till delivery
∎ Convey proactively supply chain issues to the concerned department, Operations, and coordinate solution execution.
∎ Perform budgeting, estimates, and cost analysis of actual product compared to the proposed project.
∎ Report to the top management on the performance of project works progress, management system, etc.
∎ Train up subordinates for smooth production support
∎ Assist the engineering division for the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment's
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Make sure the company's policy, plan, objective, and procedures are understood.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10-year s) relevant experience. Experience may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years (s) age may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Leadership Quality and experience of working under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and a convincing personality.
