Experience:

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• MBA in Accounting/Finance from any reputed public or private university

• B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering (IE) will get preference

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Experience in the large scale Knit Composite Factories will be getting preference.

• Knowledge about various knitting & dyeing faults·        

• Must have good knowledge how to check and maintain required fabric quality like color fastness, GSM, diameter, shrinkage, spirally, strength as required.

• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

• Production process audit in both Textile & RMG

• Dyeing & Finishing Re-process relating auditing activity.

• Investigate if any incident occurs & find the root cause analysis and report it to the management.

• Order Wise Pre-Cost, Post Cost & Variance Analysis, Buyer Analysis.

• Identify and recommend cost effective solutions.

• Auditing activity material movement system, on time Delivery, Slow-moving & non-moving Items, process lose %, Order wise Excess materials by Physical Inventory Monthly.

• Analyze efficiency, internal error percentage of the teammates and find out the root cause to develop and improve the process.

• Knowledge about various knitting & dyeing faults.

• Identify ways to reduce re-process, Addition & Topping and increase Production & efficiency.

• Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer`s requirements and guidance for each department and processes.

• Quality, Inspection system relating auditing activity.

• Inventory reporting monthly, Costing analysis with variance, Production report and analysis, Inventory reconciliation, Product costing.

• Need to setup unit wise costing and operation variance analysis.
