∎ 6-8 years of experience must in Carton production. Additional experience in Polybag & offset production is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify and adjustment of shopfloor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age Maximum 45 yerars
∎ Computer Literacy must .
∎ Proficient in MS Excel.
