∎ Monitor internal customer inside the group.
∎ Stronger communication with merchandiser and other stockholder.
∎ Creating a strong database to ensure approaching on a regular basis for closing potential deals.
∎ Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers.
∎ Have to emphasize service and promote positive relation in every counter.
