Experience:
Develop, implement and supervise production plans and strategies including budgets for major expenditures for facilities and equipment.
Evaluate the production of garments for product performance, cost and delivery.
Incorporate sales and production forecasts into production planning.
Responsible for cuts and accessories for the production processes.
Coordinate with HR dept in managing all HR functions related to production dept.
To manage the production staff to achieve the produced minutes against planned minutes at planned efficiency.
Continual improvement in productivity and quality.
Be closely in concern with LTO, absenteeism and other IR issues to keep them contended.
Assure the optimum utilization of all the available resources viz. fabric, accessories, machineries, man, technology and knowledge, etc.
Ensure all systems, procedures and company policies related to production department are strictly adhered to.
Evaluate performance of all production staff on bi-annual basis to formulate and implement necessary actions in order to achieve goals.
Maintain specified direct / in-direct ratio
Ensure the achievement of monthly planned CM and be concerned on the overhead costs to achieve expected Net Operating Profit
Ensure that all staff & workers strictly comply with the company and buyer`s code of conduct.
