Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. (Preferably in CSE/EEE) from reputed University. MBA from reputed university is preferable;
∎ Supply Chain-related degree/certifications shall be considered an added advantage;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all Sourcing/RFQ, Procurement Operation for IT equipment and services;
∎ Handle procurement of IT strategic sourcing projects;
∎ Prepare appropriate Cost Modeling, Bench-marking for optimum benefit;
∎ Prepare comparison statement of supplier offers and scenario analyses;
∎ Negotiate and ensure expected savings, product and services
∎ Clarification, preparation, planning and execution of negotiation for IT product and services;
∎ Prepare award summary recommendation for management approval;
∎ Assist/develop contract as per outcome of final negotiation and management approval;
∎ Develop and manage Contract/Agreement and dispute resolution if any;
∎ Ensure turnaround time for goods and service delivery is met as per policy and stakeholder's satisfaction;
∎ Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations;
∎ Support for Audit Requirement, Regulatory Requirement, Compliance and Governance;
∎ Manage IT supplier relationship management and support supplier development
∎ Manage internal and external auditors and consultants queries for IT portion;
∎ Prepare IT procurement report and project updates;
∎ Coordinate with respective parties for Distribution Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in diverse procurement activities, focusing on technical procurement, preferably from Telco industry;
∎ Very good exposure to technology buying (hardware/software);
∎ Clear understanding of end-to end project management;
∎ Conversant with handling of ERP;
∎ Experience in audit management;
∎ Advanced MS Excel knowledge;
∎ Negotiation skills, excellent team player, leadership skills and multitasking;
∎ High level of technological adaptation and progressive mentality;
∎ Ability to think outside the box.
