Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure check for the running special M/C & attachments.
∎ Provide attachments for coming styles such as laser light/guide.
∎ Maintain safety of equipment & M/C according to compliance rules.
∎ Repair the critical M/C from outside which is impossible doing in-house.
∎ Implement all types of innovation plans & provide technical Ideas for improvement.
∎ Ensure knowledge & experience on operation bulletin, line layout, SMV, and manpower allocation in all sewing, cutting & finishing.
∎ Optimize operation method for cost saving in sewing, cutting & finishing.
∎ Knowledge on lean tools & implementation experience in lean manufacturing.
∎ Drive procedure for quick changeover to make first-day output & fluent start-up which aligns with company goal.
∎ Prepare cost-benefit analysis & ROI for the same.
∎ Ensure pre-production engineering- to define detailed execution plan, methods, layouts and support systems like tools, folders, attachments, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Must have Garments/ RMG experience required.
∎ Knowledge about supply chain management.
∎ Strong & self decision-making skill, dynamic in work ethic.
∎ Must have knowledge of the standard operating procedure (SOP) in cutting, sewing & finishing.

Salary: Negotiable
