Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard Operating procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
∎ Carry out maintenance & troubleshooting of Transformer, HT Switch-gear, LT Switch-gear, MCC Panel, TCP Panel, GRP panel, DCDB Panel, MCSP Panel, ABB, HP & LP Actuator, Magnetic Pick Up Sensor, Vibration Sensor etc
∎ Maintain trouble shooting and calibration of Level, Pressure, Flow Transmitter & different types of Control Valves (Such as: Level, pressure, Flow and Temperature).
∎ Co-ordinate & supervise the operation and maintenance of all machinery including Generators, Air compressor, Boiler, A/C, WTP, Textile Machinery etc.
∎ Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Perform periodic maintenance, corrective actions and break down maintenance of the high pressure Boiler and machinery in a cost effective manner.
∎ Track and improve key maintenance parameters such as Asset utilization, Maintenance Cost, Performance Management Compliance, Schedule Compliance etc.
∎ Ensure requisitioning of machine parts and supplies on time and maintain inventory of spare parts on regular basis.
∎ Prepare costing report against production of gas, steam, water and electrical power on daily basis for cost optimization.
∎ Train and develop maintenance team to increase technical skills.
∎ Maintain proper plant housekeeping and keep environment clean.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed both inside and outside of the plant.
∎ Prepare and control budgetary provisions.
∎ Train and develop maintenance team to increase technical skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good technical knowledge and operation work experience on HFO based Engines and related auxiliary equipment.
∎ Leadership quality with supervision capability; ability to guide and train subordinate engineers; managerial role with good job planning and deployment skills.
∎ Technical analysis and reporting ability with good computer literacy.
