Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must be proficient & well experienced in using the ’Fast React’ software.
∎ Make & circulate monthly & weekly sewing, Cutting & Finishing plan.
∎ Submit weekly report to Head Office.
∎ Shipment plans make asper schedule.
∎ Follow up day to day production.
∎ Participate in pre-production meeting.
∎ Preparation of down time reports·
∎ Preparation of In-put & Out-put report·
∎ Investigation of material consumption in the lines·
∎ Reporting production status to management.·
∎ Monitoring production quality being exactly done asper buyers requirements.·
∎ Also follow up production according to planning. (Size set, Top Sample, SMS, & Bulk Production.) Up to Shipment.
∎ Line wise closing report.
∎ Measure on time delivery performance (OTD).
∎ Monthly capacity forecast report.
∎ Every day morning calculates the WIP of the line and cutting.· Reconciliation report·
∎ Prepare PTP report on daily & weekly basis and analyze performance on individual teams, Factory on monthly basis. Prepare Daily, weekly, and monthly loaded CM and Sales on each month.
∎ Coordinate with relevant parties to endure that all embellishment works, subcontracts are· undertaken and executed in accordance with company plan.
