∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate relations (preferably in the healthcare industry).
∎ Preference will be given to former military and administrative officers.
∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
∎ Proven track record of successful partnerships and business growth.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
∎ Knowledge of internal control systems.
∎ Good knowledge of budget and budgetary control.
∎ Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the international partnership management system.
∎ Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, or other FMIS).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to plan and optimize the use of available resources.

∎ Develop and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and negotiate collaboration agreements.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance business growth.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all partnerships.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance and opportunities.
