Experience:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Statatics/Computer Science or related subject.
At least 2 years of technical experience in a similar position, preferably in development and humanitarian contexts.
Registered with a local association.
Previous NGO experience.
Proficient in MS Office (English and Bangla).
Ability to work in harsh conditions.
Good physical condition.
Strong teamwork approach.
Communication skills in verbal and written Bangla.
Knowledge of disability and development issues in Bangladesh.
Sensitized to child protection and gender-based violence issues.
Experienced in humanitarian contexts, especially in rehabilitation and inclusion.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary context.

Project/Program Name: Improving disability inclusion in the Rohinga camp & host communities humanitarian responses and Integrated Rehabilitation, Nursing Care, and MHPSS Services for Vulnerable Populations in FDMN Camps and Host Communities- 2 Project.

Duration of the Contract: August 2026 to May 2027
Responsibilities & Context:
Facilitate and support training, orientation, and capacity-building sessions for data collectors, field staff, and relevant stakeholders on MEAL tools, processes, and data quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct field-level monitoring, surveys, assessments, and data collection.
Collaborate closely with programme and sector teams to effectively implement MEAL activities and strengthen evidence-based programme management at the field level.
Collect, verify, review, and submit monitoring and assessment data using digital data collection platforms such as ODK and KoBoToolbox within established timelines while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Document, analyze, and report monitoring findings, observations, challenges, and good practices using prescribed formats, and share timely feedback with relevant programme teams for corrective action and quality improvement.
Identify data quality issues, implementation gaps, emerging risks, and learning opportunities, and provide recommendations to the MEAL and programme teams for continuous improvement.
Capture, document, and disseminate lessons learned, success stories, innovations, and best practices from programme implementation to support organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
Emergency Preparedness and Response:
Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives, adapting work arrangements for effective humanitarian response.
