Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations and understanding client needs.
Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities·
Ensure regular sales collection from the field and deposit to the company account on time.
Act as a leader of Sales & Marketing dept. and take responsibilities of all disputes (if any).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Health Cad and Others Products.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales & collection target.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services.
Visit territories to ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support.
Motivate the team to achieve high standards and targets fixed by the company.
DSMs, ASMs and MPOs setup and monitoring.
Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast·
Closes sales by building rapport with clients, thoroughly explaining product qualities, problem solving to overcome objections, and executing detailed contracts.
Develops and maintains an accurate and current database of potential customers and business contacts in the market and other promotions.
Suggests sales programs to build client base·
Works towards set goals to ensure continued profitability.
Coordinates sales efforts in conjunction with direction from the Director.
Works cooperatively with others, works cohesively under pressure and deadlines, and follows all company policies, procedures, and rules of general conduct.
