Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Willingness to travel frequently.
Field experience, leadership capacity, and good communication skills.
Expert in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both English and Bangla languages is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Responsibility of daily order position and order booking, daily visits to dealers & sub-dealers, develop and build new distributor and dealer networks
- Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key accounts for sales expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for sales staff.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product demand to optimize inventory management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and emerging market trends.
Other Responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned area.
- Identifying local business opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
