Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) need to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned Division. Only those candidates who have worked with food products Health Card/Hospital & Diagnostics/Medicine/ Insurance Company are requested to apply. 

Responsibilities:     

  • Ensure Divisional primary & secondary sales target.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.     
  • Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.  
  • Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.     
  • To analyze manpower needs and gaps with HRM department on manpower issues.   
  • Identify market gaps & take necessary action.      
  • Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.      
  • Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
  • Visit Market regularly.
