Must have at least 2 year experience in Sales & Marketing.
Must be honest, efficient and hardworking.
Must meet sales targets.
Ability to build good relationships with customers.
Dress neatly and work with cleanliness and work ethic.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.
Contract prospective clients, try to convince to buy the Health Card.
Collect reviews from customers about Health Card and services.
Answer customer queries about Health Card and services related to the company.
Contact customers over the phone and confirm orders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Follow up on the customer`s complaint.
