Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all operations related to outbound travel and medical tourism

• Establish and maintain communication with foreign hospitals, healthcare providers, and tour operators

• Assist clients with visa processing, flight booking, hotel reservations, medical appointments, etc.

• Identify new markets and opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the business

• Design and present customized packages based on client needs

• Manage team performance, provide training and guidance to staff

• Prepare performance reports and analysis for upper management

• Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints or issues effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Practical knowledge and experience in the tourism and healthcare sectors

• Strong skills in project management, communication, and team leadership

• Proficiency in both Bengali and English

• Competent in using modern software tools and online platforms
