∎ Masters Degree from any recognized university. (Qualification is relaxed for highly deserving/qualified candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an acute knowledge and experience on fields planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling various situations for a safe environment.
∎ Capable of implementing security policies, rules, regulations, practices, protocols, norms and apt to be monitoring the security operations for the organizations.
∎ Worthy of arranging training and supervising security officers and guards and developing overall security strategy in order to achieve departmental KPIs and success regularly.
∎ Should always be alert and focused on the surrounding incidents, situations and developments through a constant communication with concerned organizations and departments.
∎ The incumbent will monitor the overall security function and performs as 'In Charge'.
∎ Will need to perform any other duties and responsibilities as being assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years in similar role.
∎ Should have strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, English & Bangla Typing)
Salary:
