∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable for technical, floor operation and marketing for the washing plant.
∎ Ensuring long term sustainable business with present customers we well as developing new prospective future market for the company.
∎ Ensure Sustainable process methodology across all categories.
∎ Developing the wash formula for bulk wash, taking into consideration of the environmental/green concept and increase the wash productivity.
∎ should be capable for sample development as per customer Demand/Aspect, sustainability, eco-friendly & get the approval within time frame.
∎ Sample development considering bulk Production risk as well as considering bulk feasibility and capability.
∎ Monitoring wash quality as per Buyer's requirements in the washing plant and follow up the lab testing samples.
∎ Should be able to coordinate with the buyer and vendor about the required washes and the techniques.
∎ Must be capable to reduction of reprocess and extended day time.
∎ Ensure proper Capacity, Capabilities, Strengths & Quality Standards on base of both technical & compliance.
∎ Should be kinds of technical support to the customer to enhance the production by securing best product with on time delivery.
∎ Coordinate with sourcing and merchandising team to facilitate the development and production in terms of conventional/sustainable process and customer presentation.
∎ Collaborating with related departments to implement compliance and maintaining a set standard.
