Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct continuous market research on other competitors and suggest for new equipment/ training item to be introduced along with forecast of necessary budgets.
∎ Design and develop various training contents in both English and Bangla.
∎ Facilitate learning by the selection and development of materials and methods appropriate for the trainees and conduct training in different institutions.
∎ Ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders for the smooth execution of the program.
∎ Visit factories to conduct assessment and monitor training programme regularly.
∎ Guide the trainers; assess their performance for further development.
∎ Carry out roles and responsibilities with due diligence, maintain proper management support, discipline, accountability and transparency of these cost recovery based projects.
∎ Develop SOP’s for operational issues of projects and team.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and generate monthly training progress report; ensure proper coordination to maintain accurate and appropriate records, registers and timetables, and make these available on demand to administration.
∎ Assist to prepare budgets considering all related expenditure and assist to prepare budgets considering all related expenditure.
∎ Coordinate to make partnership with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate to ensure necessary teaching and learning materials available for all these cost recovery based RMG projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge about RMG factories.
∎ Excellent skills in organising, planning, monitoring and programme administration and management.
∎ Capable for planning and prioritizing under any stress situation.
∎ Excellent skills in organising, monitoring, programme administration and team management.
∎ Demonstrated coordination skill and able to implement programme in a challenging work environment.
∎ Excellent report writing and documentation skill.
∎ Professional skills in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.

Salary: Negotiable
