Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all activities of the factory and outlets.
∎ Manage day to day business opearations while balancing the responsibilities of various fuctions of factory and outlets.
∎ Work with sales teams to help set and meet daily and monthly goals.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
∎ Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with customers, internal functions, and external vendors.
∎ Train and guide technical and sales staff.
∎ Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
∎ Coordinate different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
∎ Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
∎ Support all functions of the business to work together.
∎ Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have work experinece in similar industry.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with all functions.

Salary: Negotiable
