Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overseeing the production process (Planning/Forecasting), drawing up a production schedule.
∎ • Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
∎ • Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.
∎ • Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan (AOP) to deliver the business objectives (production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, and safety).
∎ • Develop Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
∎ • Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
∎ • Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
∎ • Making sure that products are produced & delivery on time and are of good quality.
∎ • Ensure effective management of performance in the department to meet business needs.
∎ • Manufacturing cost.
∎ • Product quality as measured by no. of complaints.
∎ • % Delivery on manufacturing plan.
∎ • Throughput time.
∎ • Productivity / Efficiency.
∎ • QMS (Quality Management Systems) Document."
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ • At least 4-5 year(s) Additional Requirements
∎ • Must have work experiences with Lean, Six Sigma etc.
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Extrusion Process
∎ • Good (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills in Bengali & English."
