∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pipe factory MS/GP/steel and steel structure.
∎ Highly experienced in business communication and good managing expertise and professionalism in handling crisis situations.
∎ Communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Stress handling .
∎ Excellent team capacity.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Word, MS power point, MS Excel & Email.
∎ Monitoring transport department for smooth operation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Co-ordinating with all departments of factory need and objective.
∎ Monitor timely performance of the assigned job by the employees.
∎ Monitor & ensure strick compliance of all operations related policies & procedure across the factory and production process.
∎ Contribute management to maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations non various issues.
∎ Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the operational areas of the factory.
∎ Monitor punctuality and attendance of factory employees.
∎ Maintain checklist of all Equipment's, Machineries, generator and other relevant items for proper monitoring of repair, maintenance and smooth functioning.
∎ Motivate and boost-up moral of the employees of operational department through close.
∎ Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
