∎ Member admission skills.
∎ Member selection for loan distribution
∎ Loan distribution skills.
∎ Data entry in software
∎ Computer skills in word, excel and internet using is an advantage, typing in Bangla to English.
∎ Have motivation to stay at Upazilla level, community peoples, GoB departments, civil Society, NGO and development partners
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills work in a team
∎ Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
∎ Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
∎ Microsoft Office Applications.
