12+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Retail business
Hands-on experience managing multiple product launches across therapeutic areas
Skilled in navigating complex business cultures and regulatory landscapes.
Proven capability in defining, monitoring and interpreting launch KPIs
Exceptional negotiation, storytelling and deal-closing capability.

Manager, New Product Launch is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of new products-from development alignment to successful market launch and post-launch performance optimization. This role acts as a cross-functional integrator to ensure timely, insight- driven and commercially successful launches.
