Education:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
∎ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ At least 8 years of proven experience in a leadership role within IT.

∎ Stay aware of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
∎ Lead and manage a team and support staff.
∎ Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
∎ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
∎ Ensure the security, availability and scalability of IT systems.
∎ Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
∎ Ensure that systems are aligned with business needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Oversee the design and maintenance of network, integrity, and security.
