Technical Skills
Proficiency in airline reservation systems: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Portal

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our operations, strategic growth initiatives, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to manage a fast-paced travel business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Set company objectives and analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities
Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, and global travel service providers
Operational Management
Oversee all departments: ticketing, visa, tour operations, sales, and finance
Ensure smooth execution of all travel-related services
Improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Sales, Marketing & Client Relations
Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new customers
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and travel partners
Strengthen the company’s brand locally and internationally
Financial & Budget Management
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenues, and cost control
Oversee the BSP of IATA and ensure compliance with airline financial regulations
Manage financial reporting, auditing, and risk assessments
Team Leadership & HR Development
Lead and supervise department heads and key executives
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Foster a motivated, high-performing work environment
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with IATA, airline policies, visa regulations, and government travel laws
Address operational, legal, and financial risks
Stay updated on global travel regulations and industry practices
