Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA preferred

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator

• 8–10 years of senior-level financial management experience

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or airline finance is strongly preferred

• Expertise in IATA BSP, airline financial operations, and tax management

Finance & Accounting Expertise

• Proficiency with financial software: Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, cost control, and investment planning

• Experience in forecasting, risk assessment, and tax compliance

Leadership & Communication Skills

• Strong decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication in English and Bangla

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, oversee financial operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in IATA Billing & Settlement Plan (BSP), airline financial operations, taxation, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop long-term financial strategies to enhance sustainability and profitability
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion
• Collaborate with senior executives to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor financial KPIs, revenue trends, and expenditure patterns
• Implement risk management policies and internal controls

IATA BSP & Airline Financial Operations

• Oversee IATA BSP reconciliation, ticketing accounts, and airline settlements
• Ensure adherence to global airline financial regulations
• Strengthen cash flow management and maintain relationships with banks, airlines, and financial partners

Accounting, Auditing & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial statements
• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Handle VAT, corporate tax, and statutory filings in accordance with Bangladesh regulations

Investment & Business Growth

• Identify investment opportunities and evaluate financial feasibility
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Build partnerships with corporate clients, investors, and financial service providers

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Oversee payroll, vendor management, and all financial transactions
• Promote transparency, accountability, and professional development within the team
