We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Tour Operations to oversee, manage, and elevate our tour package division. The ideal candidate will be an expert in tour planning, execution, and group leadership—ensuring every trip is smooth, safe, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Tour Planning & Package Development
- Design comprehensive itineraries for domestic and international tour packages
- Develop competitive tour pricing, inclusions, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local partners
Tour Leadership & On-Ground Operations
- Lead tour groups with engaging, factual, and enjoyable narration
- Ensure seamless execution of all trip logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities
- Maintain group safety, discipline, and satisfaction throughout the tour
- Handle emergencies, issues, or unexpected situations professionally
Client Service & Experience Management
- Provide exceptional support to travelers before, during, and after tours
- Build rapport with clients and maintain a positive, energetic environment
- Manage group dynamics and resolve concerns promptly
- Collect post-tour feedback and prepare evaluation reports
Vendor & Partner Management
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport service providers, guides, and activity partners
- Negotiate rates, service agreements, and quality standards
Operational Strategy & Improvements
- Monitor tour budgets, logistics, and cost control
- Conduct market research to introduce new tour concepts
- Recommend improvements to enhance tour quality and experience
