Responsibilities & Context:

Naria Holidays is one of Bangladesh’s leading travel agencies, renowned for expert visa processing, airline ticketing, corporate travel management, and global tour services. We’re looking for a First World Countries & Tourist Visa Processing Expert to join our team and lead complex visa application procedures for multiple countries.

  • Your Role:

  • Visa Processing & Documentation

  • Manage First World Tourist, business visa applications (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.).

  • Prepare and verify visa applications for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more.

  • Guide clients through document preparation, submission, and interview processes.

  • Embassy & Government Liaison

  • Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.

  • Track applications and manage follow-ups with relevant authorities.

  • Client Support & Advisory

  • Advise clients on visa requirements, fees, documentation, and timelines.

  • Provide support for visa appeals and reapplications.

  • Offer strategic advice to improve visa approval success.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Stay updated with international visa laws and embassy protocols.

  • Ensure strict compliance with embassy guidelines and maintain accurate records.

  • Industry Awareness

  • Monitor changes in Schengen and global travel regulations.

  • Identify ways to streamline processing and enhance client satisfaction.
