• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS tools, and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to bancassurance.

MIS Management

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards and reports to track bancassurance sales, commissions, policy status, and customer data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating inputs from multiple internal and external sources.
• Provide timely MIS reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Reconciliation

• Lead the reconciliation process between the bank’s records and insurance partners’ records for commissions, premiums, policy issuance, and claims.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly by coordinating with the insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor reconciliation timelines and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements during reconciliation.

Data Analysis & Support

• Analyze MIS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business growth.
• Support the product and business development teams with data-driven insights.
• Assist in preparing regulatory returns and audit documentation related to bancassurance operations.

Team Management

• Manage, train, and mentor the MIS and reconciliation team to ensure high performance.
• Set clear performance targets and monitor individual and team progress.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure that all MIS and reconciliation activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
•  Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
