∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Garment Marketing, Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Managerial capability to handle 10/12 person team smoothly & efficiently.
∎ To handle buyer independently.
∎ To ensure order profitability.
∎ Strong knowledge of Fabric & Accessories sourcing.
∎ Strong knowledge of Order negotiation.
∎ Capacity is required to fulfill monthly or yearly Target to be fixed from time to time.
∎ Competency to collect Buyer's acceptance, Merchandising, Production follow-up as per customer demand, Delivery follow up, Monitor quality problems of product, Product price analysis & others relevant functions of Marketing.
∎ Monitoring of overall Merchandising, Costing & production of More than 13 lines Woven Garments.
∎ Developed marketing plan.
∎ Capacity is required to make job plan, achieve departmental goals from the Buyers and suppliers.
∎ Responsible for proper communication with buyer and supplier simultaneously.
∎ Chasing capacity to control suppliers or other stakeholders.
∎ Capacity should have to solve any bottleneck of Production and order management.
∎ Should have a responsibility to take order collection, order negotiation, order execution, pre- final, post-final formalities.
∎ Should have knowledge on all products develop, production, quality segments.
∎ Proactive in production management and product quality for on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate production, QA, Buying office Representative, QC/3rd party QC in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in woven industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advance excel, Power point, ERP, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
Salary: Negotiable
