Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all merchandising activities. Coordinate across all related departments, assist the concerns in planning, sourcing and executing businesses. Ensure smooth execution of sample development & bulk objectives as well as explore new business opportunities & source base for the company.
∎ Has to provide direction to all levels of merchandise team members in order to achieve optimum goals of the company. Ensure effective and healthy team structure.
∎ Has to monitor and control of all orders to ensure all problems or potential problems are alerted to concerned merchandisers in order to solve it timely without delay.
∎ Responsible for final consumption & costing. After receiving price quotes from concerned merchandiser has to review the cost, rework on cost when required. Work with marketing team, Production Team and QA team to make placement decision.
∎ Has to work on product development and create sourcing opportunities that are in line with the branch sourcing directions.
∎ Has to explore new resources for existing and new products for replacement resources for poor performers, new business inquiry, better services and better prices.
∎ In conflict situation has to give efficient decision on raw material selections.
∎ Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years

∎ Material Sourcing
∎ Pricing/Costing
∎ Production co-ordination.
∎ Give material approvals while require.
