∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Keeper/ Manager, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to perform the entire activities of the store & bond.
∎ To generate purchase requisition, receive raw materials, issue raw materials for production and issue finished goods for delivery.
∎ To receive store materials from local or foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Have to ensure all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain all receivable & issue document properly. Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Have to ensure bin Card uses for each and every item.
∎ Have to prepare monthly stock report regularly.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Have to monitor & maintain store ledger, fixed asset register as well as software.
∎ Have to maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for product entry from suppliers, delivery to customers and returned products.
∎ Have to maintain the safety of the storehouse. Responsible for safe custody and storage of inventory.
∎ Have to follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store department.
∎ Have to cooperate commercial department for generating documents for bonded materials.
∎ Have to cooperate compliance team for applying roles & regulations.
∎ Have to perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
