• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in (Apparel/ Textile) Merchandising.

• MBA in Reputed University.

Arrow Footwear Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied footwear factory. We are looking a dynamic, energetic, potential personnel in our Merchandising department who have a good knowledge and good career records in the footwear or apparel industry.

• Responsible for PO to Shipment for dedicated customer.
• Ensure order execution and shipment has been done on timely as per customer requirements.
• Should Sound Knowledge about follow up customers /buyers /clients procedures for order execution and ensures on.
• Coordination of daily operational activities in sample development and Production follows up.
• Maintaining good communication suppliers and in-house raw materials on time as per customers delivery schedule.
• To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings in order to start production and on time shipment.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Coordinating with production, quality control, material control department as well as clients/buyers/supplier/vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all regular production activities.
• Follow up total production flow chart in details to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
• Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management as well as monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
• Make sure market survey and market research & find out potential clients for business Development.
• Any other related tasks given by the management of the company.
