Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ To search and develop business with new buyers.
∎ Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Supervision the costing and pricing of the products and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/delivery.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to the planned 'Time and Action Plan' on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising and marketing, Sweater Merchandising.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
