Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track and evaluate progress and process of Start Fund Bangladesh interventions on emergency response, capacity building, localization and collaboration
∎ Developing donor reports; Updating and analysing Dashboards; Developing CRS reports
∎ Ensure that the Start Fund Bangladesh responses are accountable and responsive to the donors, member NGOs, affected communities as well as wider stakeholders
∎ Collate, document and disseminate evidence based learning from intervention tracking and accountability mechanisms for future directions
∎ Developing case studies; Facilitating adoption of new innovations and learning by new projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, proven track record [4 years] of developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level;
∎ Previous experience of successfully implementing Outcome Level Monitoring at Country/Sector Level;
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information;
∎ Should be proficient in computer operation, particularly, in R/SPSS, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes;
∎ Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadline while maintaining attention to detail
∎ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, and results oriented approach
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla, including report writing skill
